AI assistants now answer for the whole team: a real project status with who holds what and what's blocked, who to follow up with and who has gone quiet in AB Sales, and how much the AI handled and what it couldn't answer in AB Support.
AI assistants now answer "what's overdue?" with a true count, search your documents across every project, show a status by name when they ask you to confirm, and find an archived lead behind a live deal. AB Support's knowledge base can be checked and corrected from your assistant.
AB Sales records every outreach to a lead and shows who is due a follow-up; switching a campaign on now asks first. AB Support opens with what the AI did while you were away and shows the AI as an assignee. AB Projects offers newcomers a first task, and Teams sign-in explains consent.
AB Sales now takes leads straight from your own website form or API. AB Support answers from a knowledge base written in one language in any language, tells chat visitors their message arrived, filters the inbox by several statuses at once, and works bulk actions from a phone.
AB Sales now carries a won deal into an AB Projects delivery project, keeps one live card per lead in Microsoft Teams, and speaks eleven languages. AI assistants can now work all three products over MCP, and new uploads are private by default.
AB Sales now installs from Microsoft Marketplace, drafts its own follow-ups and reads your meetings — and both it and AB Support finally show you what's left of your allowance.
AB Sales campaigns now run the whole sequence — follow-up steps send on schedule and stop when a lead replies. The Opportunities page is rebuilt around a readable pipeline summary, and AB Projects brings your Microsoft Teams channel members into a project automatically.
AB Sales joins the family — a Microsoft Teams app of its own for teams that live in the sales funnel, with a real Lead → Contact → Opportunity → Customer lifecycle. AB Projects and AB Sales now cleanly go their own way, and Microsoft sign-in and sign-out both play nicely with Teams.
Version 1.290.85 turns finished meetings into draft action items — pull the Teams transcript, let Gemini suggest tasks with assignees and due dates, edit before you commit. The new CRM Agents tab gives operators a single view of the lead-automation funnel with a one-click 24-hour pause. Meeting-poll Adaptive Cards now update vote counts in real time, and first-install welcome banners stopped pinging every channel member.
Version 1.273.85 turns AB CRM into a self-driving lead engine — find each lead's website with Gemini and Google Search, research the contact, send a pre-approved outbound email, and post a one-click "Stop automating" card to your Teams channel. Multi-tenant CRM mail now sends from any Azure AD tenant, per-task deadline reminders land at the exact moment you pick, and timezone-aware timestamps replace UTC across every page.
Version 1.225.85 takes the AB Projects Help Center to nine new languages with full right-to-left support for Arabic, links tasks and Documents (Wiki) in both directions, adds full-screen image zoom on task attachments, lets CRM users keep multiple email signatures, and brings smarter behavior cues for AI assistants over MCP.
Version 1.216.85 brings "my tasks" back to life for project owners, makes subtask editing and commenting work consistently across every level of nesting, adds a friendly bot greeting for first-time users, and polishes navigation between project work and CRM context.
