Since 1.449.85, the work has gone into two things you'll feel from the outside: welcoming a new sibling into the AB family — AB Sales, a Microsoft Teams app of its own for teams that live in the sales funnel — and cleanly separating what belongs to Projects from what belongs to Sales, so each app can breathe on its own.
Meet AB Sales
- A new Teams app for the sales team — AB Sales is its own Microsoft Teams app, sitting alongside AB Projects, with its own workspace, its own home, and its own place in your sidebar.
- A funnel that behaves like a funnel — every lead now moves through a real staged lifecycle: Lead → Contact → Opportunity → Customer. Convert with one click, and each phase has its own view with live counts on every navigation badge.
- Customers are living accounts — a customer isn't a frozen record. Contacts and opportunities keep growing under the same customer over time, and every deal or order lands on the customer's ledger for the full history.
- A ready-to-explore starter — new AB Sales workspaces come with sample funnel data seeded in, so you can walk the funnel end to end from your very first click.
Cleaner separation across the family
- Each app has its own settings — AB Projects and AB Sales now read their configuration from their own storage. Projects settings show only what belongs to Projects; Sales settings show only what belongs to Sales.
- A tidier project settings page — the settings for each project have been reorganized into focused cards, with the Documents shortcut lifted out of the header and CRM cross-links tucked away where they belong.
- A product-aware admin portal — the admin portal respects the same product separation, so support and operations work never accidentally mixes Projects and Sales contexts.
Teams-safe sign-in and sign-out
- A sign-in popup that plays nicely with Microsoft — the sign-in flow used inside Microsoft Teams avoids the iframe framing that Microsoft's auth pages don't allow, so your very first login is smooth.
- Sign-out that doesn't get stuck — signing out no longer risks getting stuck on Microsoft's end-session page inside Teams. You land back where you should.
