Frequently Asked Questions
Q1. What does the Free plan include?
A1. The Free plan allows up to 30 users for task & project management. However, API integration and chat support are not included.
Q2. Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
A2. Yes, you can change your plan at any time from the management dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Q3. What payment methods are available?
A3. You can pay via credit card (VISA, MASTER, AMEX, JCB) or bank transfer. For credit card payments, the monthly fee is automatically charged on the first day of each month.
Q4. What is the billing cycle?
A4. The first month is prorated, with billing closing at the end of the month. Payment is due by the end of the following month. Invoices are generated on the first day of each month.
Q5. How do I receive my invoice?
A5. Invoices are sent via email as a PDF each month. You can also download them from your usage history in the management dashboard. Please note that we do not offer paper invoices.
Q6. Can I request a receipt?
A6. Yes, receipts are issued within two business days after payment is confirmed. You can download them from the management dashboard. Please note that we do not provide paper receipts.
Q7. Do you offer support for onboarding?
A7. Yes, onboarding support is available for the "Inquiry Data Aggregation & Task Auto-Generation Plan." For the "Task & Project Management Plan," onboarding and quarterly training sessions are provided for Enterprise plan users.
Q8. What happens if I delete my account?
A8. You can delete your account at any time. However, if you have an active paid plan, it will be canceled at the end of the current month. Please note that billing will still apply for that month.
Q9. What happens if I exceed my inquiry processing limit?
A9. If you exceed the maximum number of processed inquiries, your usage will be temporarily paused. To continue using the service, you will need to upgrade your plan.
