Since 1.986.0, a form on your own website can create AB Sales leads, with no sign-in and no code. AB Support answers from a knowledge base written in one language in any language, tells a chat visitor that their message arrived, and lets an agent filter by several statuses at once, see more tickets per screen, and work in bulk from a phone. AI assistants can rename a wiki article over MCP.
AB Sales: leads from your website form or API
A whitepaper download, a demo request, a contact page — point it at AB Sales and every submission arrives as a lead, with the source Website, the same Teams card and the same place in the funnel as a lead typed in.
- A plain HTML form. Paste the snippet from Settings → Website form and API into your page, change the thank-you URL, and the form posts straight to AB Sales. No JavaScript, no developer.
- An API for everything else. Your backend, Zapier or Power Automate sends the same fields as JSON with the workspace’s intake key.
- No duplicates. A second submission from the same email adds a note to the existing lead instead of creating another — and spends none of your lead allowance.
- Your visitor never sees your plan. They always land on your thank-you page, even if the workspace is over its allowance. The allowance bar on the Leads page is where you see that.
- A key, not a password. It sits in your page and can only create leads. Regenerate it in Settings if it is ever abused.
The whole flow, the field list and a copy-and-paste example are in Leads from your website form or API.
AB Support: a knowledge base in one language, answers in any
The AI used to find knowledge-base articles by matching words, so an English question could never find a Japanese article, and the ticket went to a person before the model saw it. It now searches by meaning. Write your knowledge base in the language you work in, and the AI answers a customer in theirs, citing the article it used. Each desk only ever sees its own knowledge base.
AB Support: the chat says it heard you
- Received, then an answer. A visitor’s message shows Sending… then Received, and an AI is preparing an answer… bubble stays until the reply lands.
- Nothing is swallowed. A message that fails to send shows Not sent with Retry, and so does an answer that fails. Retry never spends a second AI credit.
- Closing the tab no longer loses the answer. The reply finishes on the server, so the ticket gets its answer and the team gets its card.
AB Support: working a bigger inbox
- Several statuses at once. The status filter is a checkbox list, so “Open and Pending” is one view. Saved filters and the remembered filter keep it across a reload.
- Compact rows. A toggle next to Sort gives one line per ticket, remembered per desk.
- Busy desks stay quick. The list draws 100 tickets at a time with Show 100 more; filters, counts and search still cover every ticket. Select all now selects the rows shown, so a bulk resolve never reaches a ticket you have not seen.
- Bulk actions on a phone. Tap Select above the cards, tick tickets, then Assign to me or Resolve with the same confirmation and Undo as on the desktop.
Eleven languages everywhere
Your language is one setting for the whole account, but the personal Settings pages in AB Sales and AB Support offered only English and Japanese, so someone who had chosen Korean in AB Projects saw “English” selected there. All three pages now offer the same eleven languages.
AI assistants over MCP
An assistant can now rename a wiki article through ab_update_wiki_article, and edit the title or tags without resending the body. A rename is a normal edit: a new version with its note, and links keep working because the article’s id does not change. The MCP server still has 55 tools (actionbridge.io/mcp).
The quiet fixes
- Back to Home goes home in a browser. A ticket opened from Support Home took Back to the Teams route instead.
- Long subjects truncate on phones. Ticket cards could stretch to three times the screen width and push the page sideways; they now fit.
As always, AB Projects, AB Sales and AB Support update automatically — nothing to install. If anything looks off after the new version lands for you, the team is only a message away.
