Since 1.748.0, AB Sales has learned to draft the reply, sit in on the meeting and explain why deals close — and it now installs straight from Microsoft Marketplace. AB Support went on sale alongside it, and both products can finally show you how much of your allowance is left.
AB Sales is in Microsoft Marketplace
AB Sales has a store listing of its own now, approved and live: get AB Sales for Microsoft Teams. Install it and you are in — there is no separate sign-up, because it signs you in with the Microsoft 365 account you already have.
The AI does more of the follow-up
- It drafts the reply. When a lead answers an automated email, AB Sales now writes a response grounded in that lead’s context and your own template library. Drafts arrive as a review card on the email thread — edit, send, or dismiss. Auto-send exists, is off by default, and is capped per day.
- It reads the meeting. Paste a Microsoft Teams meeting link on a lead and AB Sales fetches the transcript and turns it into an overview, next steps, objections and commitments. You review and edit before it is saved as an activity note.
- It shows you why deals close. A new insight card on the pipeline mines your closed opportunities for what the won ones had in common — cycle time, deal size, activity cadence, industry, lead source, and the reasons the lost ones were lost. It stays quiet until there are at least five closed deals on each side, because a pattern drawn from two deals is noise wearing a suit.
- Winning an opportunity creates the order. No more remembering to raise the deal by hand afterwards. A new org-wide Orders page shows every order across every customer — what has been ordered and what is still outstanding — instead of one customer at a time.
- Trend and forecast charts follow the workspace currency rather than quietly mixing currencies into one line.
AB Support is on sale
AB Support — AI customer service that answers from your knowledge base and routes what it cannot — is now a product you can buy: the AB Support offer is live in Microsoft Marketplace. It also grew the parts that make it stand on its own:
- A web entry point. Home, Desks and Settings now open in a browser at blz.actionbridge.io, not only inside Microsoft Teams.
- Every desk has its own knowledge base. The AI answers from the sources that desk owns, and cites them.
- Your first desk is self-serve. Create it from Home, or add the AB Support tab to a channel to create one for that channel.
- Toll-free SMS without waiting on us. A desk submits and tracks its own carrier verification from Settings.
Allowances you can see
Both products now count what they spend, and say so before it matters.
- AB Support shows two bars, not one. Transactions and AI credits run out independently — out of transactions and nobody can reply; out of credits and only the AI stops while your agents carry on. They turn amber at 80%, so you are warned while there is still time to act, and the banner explains why replying is about to stop before it does.
- AB Sales meters AI credits. The free allowance is 100 credits for the life of the account; the Lead Pack grants 1,000 a month. Research spends a credit whether you press the button or the automation does it on a schedule.
- A pack adds to the free allowance. A Usage Pack on AB Support is 1,000 transactions and 200 AI credits on top of the free 500 and 50, and packs stack.
- Drafting never costs a credit. A draft you may never send is not charged for, in either product.
The price you actually pay
Prices are quoted per market from Microsoft’s own rates rather than converted from dollars, and all three products now have a currency selector that the Free cards follow too. Visitors in the United Kingdom were being quoted US dollars and visitors in Brazil euros; both now see their own currency, in their own language. Plan badges changed as well, to say how you are charged rather than which plan we would like you to pick.
Three more products, in the open
AB Talent, AB Finance and AB IT Desk now have pages of their own on actionbridge.io. None of the three is on sale — each is being built with a small number of design-partner teams, and the pages exist so you can tell us how your team hires, closes the month, or works its IT queue while those decisions are still open.
The quiet fixes
- Signing out works. Browser sign-out looped on “Signing out…” and left the Microsoft session alive, so the next page signed you straight back in. It ends the session now.
- Wiki. A signed-out visitor is sent to sign in instead of an empty editor, and an article body stays put after a save.
- Mail reaches the right people. Lifecycle email is scoped to the product you actually use, so AB Sales users stopped receiving AB Projects onboarding — and the sample records in a new Sales workspace no longer read as real activity.
As always, AB Projects, AB Sales and AB Support update automatically — nothing to install. If anything looks off after the new version lands for you, the team is only a message away.
