Ask how a project is doing and you get the project, not just your own tasks. Ask who to follow up with and you get the list AB Sales keeps. Ask how much the AI handled and you get the desk’s figures.
AB Projects
- A real project status. Ask “How is the project doing?” and the assistant reads the whole project: open, overdue, unassigned and blocked tasks, how the work is spread across statuses and people, what each blocked task is waiting on, and what changed in the last seven days. It used to answer from your own tasks alone.
- Who is working on what. Assistants can now find anyone’s tasks, or the ones nobody holds. “What is Yuki working on?” and “What’s unassigned?” both get a straight answer, and every task shows who has it.
- A fix for your totals. The true count of your open and overdue tasks now always appears, including when nothing is due today.
AB Sales
- Who to follow up with today. Assistants now read the follow-ups AB Sales has recorded, instead of working from a sample of leads.
- Who has gone quiet. Ask, and you get the leads you reached two weeks or more ago who never answered and have nothing planned, longest silent first, with the last contact for each.
- The whole history before a call. A lead now comes with its outreach history, and its deals show their close dates and whether they have passed.
AB Support
- The desk’s real figures. Ask how much the AI is handling and the assistant counts every ticket in the period, resolved ones included, rather than whatever happens to be open.
- What to write next. It also shows the questions customers keep asking and what the AI handed to a person and why, so you can see which articles your knowledge base is missing and add them from the same conversation.
Setting up Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Now on the MCP page. The MCP page has a Microsoft 365 Copilot tab with a link to install each of the three apps. The agent comes with the app, and works in Microsoft 365 Copilot and in Copilot Chat. See Using AB in Microsoft 365 Copilot.
