AB Sales is priced by how many new leads you add — not by how many people use it. Invite your whole team at no extra cost; you only pay as your pipeline grows. AI research is metered separately, in AI credits.

A one-time allowance so you can try the whole workflow. It is not 100 per month — it’s 100 in total, for as long as you’re unsubscribed.

Also one-time, and counted over the whole life of the account — cancelling and resubscribing does not mint a fresh 100.
Lead Pack
1,000 new leads / month
$10 USD per month, billed by Microsoft and renewing until you cancel. Prices are set per market — see the pricing page for your currency.
1,000 AI credits / month
Refreshed at the start of each month. Nothing rolls over — credits you don’t spend this month are gone next month.
Everything else is included: unlimited team members, email drafting and sending, the full funnel, and as many workspaces as you want.
What counts as a new lead
Only leads are counted against the lead allowance, and only when they’re first created. Contacts, opportunities, and customers are never counted — so moving a lead through the funnel costs nothing.

The monthly allowance resets at the start of each month. Leads you added in earlier months are never re-counted — a 5,000-lead pipeline built up over a year still only needs a 1,000-a-month plan if you’re adding fewer than 1,000 new ones each month.
AI credits
AI research is metered on its own counter, separate from leads. One credit is spent each time a lead is researched — whether you press Research with AI yourself or the Agent does it on its timer. It is the same model call either way, so it costs the same either way.
- Drafting an email never spends a credit, and neither does sending one. A draft that may never go out isn’t a cost.
- Running out of credits doesn’t stop anything else. Adding leads, editing, emailing and the funnel all keep working — only the research step stops, and it says so.
- The Agent skips research on a workspace with no credits left rather than failing; the rest of its stages carry on.
Where to see what you’ve used
A usage bar sits at the top of your workspace Dashboard and above the Leads list. It shows how many leads you’ve added, how many remain, and when the allowance resets. It turns amber as you approach the limit, so there’s time to decide before anything stops.
What happens when you hit the limit
Adding new leads stops until the allowance resets or you subscribe. Nothing else is affected — your existing data stays completely usable:
- Every lead, contact, opportunity, and customer is still there, still editable.
- You can still email and move records through the funnel.
- Nothing is deleted or hidden, ever.
If a CSV import runs out of allowance partway, the rows that landed are kept, the rest stay in the preview, and the dialog tells you exactly where it stopped — so you can subscribe and import the remainder without starting over or creating duplicates.
Subscribing
- Click the button on the usage bar. It reads Get lead packs before you subscribe, and Add a lead pack afterwards. It opens the AB Sales listing in Microsoft Marketplace.
- Complete the purchase with the Microsoft account you use for Teams. Microsoft handles the billing and the renewal — there’s no separate invoice from us.
- Confirm the activation. Microsoft sends you to a short confirmation page; click Activate for this tenant and the allowance applies immediately.
Common questions
Do I get another 100 free leads next month?
No — the free 100 is a one-time total. Once you subscribe, you get the full monthly allowance regardless of how many free leads you used.
Do my free AI credits come back?
No. The free 100 credits are counted over the life of the account, so cancelling and resubscribing doesn’t reset them. A Lead Pack gives you 1,000 a month from then on.
I ran out of AI credits but I still have lead allowance left.
That’s expected — the two counters are independent. You can keep adding and working leads; only the AI research step waits.
I have several workspaces. Do they each get 1,000?
No. One organization, one allowance, shared across every workspace.
Does adding teammates cost more?
No. There are no per-user fees — invite everyone.
