No. The Basic Plan is billed per active user of AB Projects — the people who actually open and use the app — not everyone in your tenant.

Yes. The Basic Plan is priced in 16 currencies through Microsoft AppSource (USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, AUD, CAD, CHF, INR, KRW, BRL, DKK, NOK, SEK, NZD, TWD, RUB). Use the currency selector on the Basic Plan card to preview your local price. AppSource will charge in your tenant's billing currency automatically.

Yes. Start free with up to 10 users — no credit card required. When you outgrow the Free plan or want Microsoft 365 billing, switch to Basic through Microsoft AppSource without losing any of your data.

Yes. Access is governed through your Microsoft 365 and Office 365 administration controls — the same admin policies you already use for other Microsoft apps.

After you purchase Basic seats on the Microsoft Marketplace and activate the subscription, workspace owners and admins assign them in AB Projects under Settings → Manage licenses. Seat assignments made in the Microsoft 365 admin center don't affect AB Projects.

When your subscription ends, its Basic seats are released automatically. Each affected user keeps working on a free seat if your team is still within the 10 free users; otherwise their access becomes read-only until new seats are purchased. Lowering the seat count without cancelling never removes anyone automatically — admins choose whom to unassign on the Manage licenses page.

A monthly subscription for one Lead Pack, billed by Microsoft and renewing automatically until you cancel. It covers 1,000 new leads each month, shared across your whole organization. The allowance resets at the start of every month and unused leads do not roll over. Need a higher volume? Contact us at support@actionbridge.io.

Any lead added during the billing month — created by hand, imported from a file, or generated by AI. Leads carried over from previous months don't count again, and everything already in your CRM stays available and editable.

AI lead research spends AI credits. Drafting a follow-up email costs nothing — only the research is metered. The free plan includes 100 credits for the lifetime of the account; they are not replenished each month. The Lead Pack includes 1,000 every month, and unused credits do not roll over. Everything else in the CRM — leads, contacts, pipeline and activities — works without spending credits.

Yes. AB Sales is free while your CRM holds fewer than 100 leads — no credit card, no time limit. The 100 is a limit on how many leads you hold, not how many you add, and it is counted across every AB Sales workspace in your organization. Move to the Lead Pack when you outgrow it.

You cannot add new leads until the month resets. Everything already in your CRM stays active, editable and tracked — the limit applies only to leads added that month. If you regularly need more, contact us at support@actionbridge.io.

No. Only leads added during the current month count towards the 1,000. Leads carried over stay active and tracked at no extra cost, so after a year on the Lead Pack you could be managing 12,000 leads while still paying for a single pack.

Yes. Access is granted by your Microsoft 365 administrator, using the same controls you already use for other apps.

Your leads, contacts and pipeline stay exactly where they are, and you keep working with them in full — search, edit, activities and the pipeline all keep working. What stops is adding new leads beyond the free limit. Nothing is deleted; your data is removed only if you delete the service itself.
