Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") define the conditions for the use of ActionBridge (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by Receiptroller Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") must agree to these Terms before using the Service.
Article 1 (Purpose of the Service)
The purpose of the Service is to "analyze feedback data, automatically generate tasks based on the analysis, and provide advice on specific execution methods for those tasks." Users shall use the Service in accordance with this purpose.
Article 2 (Applicability)
These Terms apply to all relationships between Users and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
Article 3 (Registration for Use)
In order to use the Service, Users must complete the registration process specified by the Company. If it is found that the information provided by the User during registration is false, the Company has the right to refuse or cancel the registration.
Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)
Users shall not engage in the following actions when using the Service:
- Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
- Actions related to criminal activities
- Actions that destroy or interfere with the Company’s servers or network functions
- Actions that interfere with the operation of the Service
- Unauthorized collection or accumulation of personal information of other Users
- Using reverse engineering or analyzing programs to provide similar services
- Other actions that the Company deems inappropriate
Article 5 (Suspension of Service Provision)
The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to the User if any of the following conditions occur:
- System maintenance or updates related to the Service
- In cases where it is difficult to provide the Service due to force majeure events such as earthquakes, lightning, fires, power outages, or natural disasters
- Other circumstances where the Company determines it is difficult to provide the Service
Article 6 (Handling of Data)
Input and output data used during the Service will not be used for training unless otherwise specified. However, if special knowledge is required, it may be used for training to incorporate such knowledge, but only if the User has consented.
Article 7 (Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitations of Liability)
The Company makes no explicit or implied warranty regarding the lack of defects, safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, or suitability for a particular purpose of the Service. The tasks generated are output by the program or LLM processing and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Furthermore, the recommendations within the tasks are not guaranteed to be correct or to resolve the issue.
Article 8 (Changes to the Service)
The Company may change the content of the Service or terminate its provision without notifying Users. The Company is not responsible for any damages caused to Users by such changes.
Article 9 (Changes to the Terms)
The Company may change these Terms without notifying Users if deemed necessary. The revised Terms will take effect once posted on the Service.
Article 10 (Handling of Personal Information)
The Company will handle personal information obtained through the use of the Service in accordance with its "Privacy Policy."
Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. In the event of a dispute related to the Service, the court with jurisdiction over the Company’s headquarters shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Article 12 (User's Responsibility)
Users shall ensure that the information provided when using the Service is accurate and up-to-date. Users are responsible for any damages arising from the use of the Service.
Article 13 (Intellectual Property Rights)
All intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company. Users do not have rights to the content generated through the Service.
Article 14 (Refunds and Invoice Adjustments)
Refund Policy: Users are not entitled to a refund. Charges incurred after using the Service will generally not be refunded.
Invoice Errors: If there is an error in the invoice, Users should promptly contact the Company’s sales department. If the error is confirmed, the Company will take appropriate action.
Article 15 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content generated through the LLM Service. Users assume all risks associated with the use of the generated content.
Article 16 (Support and Maintenance)
The Company provides support to Users through [support methods, e.g., email, phone, chat]. Regular maintenance will be conducted to ensure the stability of the Service.
Article 17 (User Account Management)
Users are responsible for appropriately managing their account information and password. In case of unauthorized use of the account information, Users must immediately notify the Company.
Article 18 (Notification of Changes)
The Company will notify Users of any changes to the Service or these Terms through [notification methods, e.g., email, in-app notification]. Notifications will be made prior to the effective date of changes.
Article 19 (Disclosure of Service Use)
By using the Service, Users agree that the Company may disclose their usage status and related information. Specifically, the Company may publish the User’s name and activities as part of marketing materials or case studies. However, the Company will not disclose detailed information about individual Users without their explicit prior consent.
Article 20 (Security Measures)
- Commitment to Data Protection: The Company will implement industry-standard security measures, including data encryption, access control, and security monitoring, to protect User data.
- Respect for Privacy: The Company will handle personal information and confidential data appropriately and will not provide information to third parties without User consent.
- Response to Security Incidents: In the event of a security incident, the Company will promptly investigate and take appropriate actions to address the affected Users. Necessary reports will be made as required by law.
- Regular Security Reviews: The Company will regularly review its security policies and measures to address emerging threats.
- User Responsibility: Users are responsible for managing their account information and passwords to prevent unauthorized use.
