AB apps live inside Microsoft Teams — there is no separate program to install on your computer. If you can open Teams, you can use AB on desktop, in the browser, and on your phone.
The three ways to reach AB
Microsoft Teams
The main home. A personal app for your own view, tabs inside your team's channels, and a bot that posts updates. Works in the Teams desktop app, Teams in the browser, and the Teams mobile apps (iOS and Android).
Your web browser
Open blz.actionbridge.io and sign in with the same Microsoft account — useful when you want AB in its own window, outside Teams.
AI assistants (MCP)
Assistants like Claude or ChatGPT can read and update your AB data over MCP (an open standard that lets AI tools connect to apps). See Connecting AI Assistants via MCP.
What you get on each surface
Taking AB Projects as the example (AB Sales and AB Support follow the same pattern with their own tabs):

Not a platform (yet)
To set expectations honestly: AB currently has no Outlook add-in and no Microsoft 365 Copilot plugin. Outlook shows up only as the place where AB's reminder emails arrive. If those integrations ship later, this page will say so.
Languages
The interface is available in 11 languages: English, Japanese, German, French, Spanish, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional). Dates and times follow your locale. AB picks up your language from Microsoft Teams automatically — to override it, see Language and Locale Settings.
In short: wherever your team already runs Microsoft Teams — a desktop, a browser tab, or a phone — AB is there too.
