Endet das Abonnement, werden die Basic-Plätze automatisch freigegeben. Betroffene Nutzer arbeiten mit einem kostenlosen Platz weiter, solange das Team innerhalb der 10 kostenlosen Nutzer bleibt; andernfalls ist ihr Zugriff nur noch lesend, bis neue Plätze gekauft werden. Wird nur die Platzanzahl reduziert, entfernt das System niemanden automatisch — Administratoren wählen auf der Seite „Lizenzen verwalten“, wessen Zuweisung aufgehoben wird.
