AB Talent keeps your hiring and your people records in one place: who you are hiring, who works here, who is away, and the questions employees ask HR. Everyone signs in with their Microsoft 365 work account and sees only what their access allows.
Where to open it
Open blz.actionbridge.io/talent in a browser and sign in with your Microsoft 365 work account. There is no separate password. AB Talent is also an app for Microsoft Teams, with the same tabs plus a personal chat. The HR help desk and the one-tap approval card need the Teams app; everything else works in a browser.
What each tab is for

A roster seeded from Microsoft 365, an org chart, employment history, documents with expiry reminders, and joining and leaving checklists.
Time off and attendance
Requests, approvals and balances, plus a monthly attendance record you close and hand to your payroll provider.
HR help desk
Employees ask in a personal Teams chat and get an answer from their own record and your handbook, with sources, or the question goes to HR. See The HR help desk.
What the AI does, and what it doesn't
AI reads applications and reports, requirement by requirement, what it found in each one, quoting the evidence. It also answers employees' questions from their own record and your handbook. It never moves a candidate and never approves anything. A person makes every decision, and the reason goes on the record so it can be reviewed later.
What AB Talent leaves to others
