The Settings covered here are personal to you — your language, timezone, and whether you get a ticket digest email. This is not where a support desk is configured.
You’ll find them on the Settings tab in Teams, or in the web app under the gear in the top bar.
Profile
Your name and sign-in, shown read-only. They come from your Microsoft account and are shared across every AB app, so there’s nothing to edit here — to change your name or email, change it in your Microsoft account and it follows you everywhere.
Language
Choose from the 11 languages AB speaks: English, 日本語, 中文（简体）, 中文（繁體）, 한국어, Español, Français, Deutsch, Português, العربية and Русский. This applies to your whole AB account, not just AB Support — the same choice shows in the AB Projects and AB Sales Settings, and changing it in one place changes it everywhere.
Timezone
The timezone used for every date and time shown in your AB account. It’s auto-detected from your device, and you can override it here — handy if you’re travelling or your device clock is set wrong.
In AB Support that covers the ticket queue, every message and note on a ticket, the activity history and desk Settings. Times carry the zone’s short name — Sep 20, 00:16 JST — so a screenshot or a pasted time is never ambiguous for a teammate in another zone.
Ticket digest
An opt-in email summary of your open tickets. It’s off by default: leave every day switched off (the default) and you get nothing.
- Pick the weekdays. Tick the days you want the digest to arrive — Monday through Sunday, each its own checkbox.
- Pick the time(s). Choose when on those days it should be sent. It uses your timezone above.
- Click Save digest schedule. The digest starts on your next scheduled slot.
When it’s on, you get an email listing your open assigned tickets, oldest-waiting first, so the ones most at risk of slipping sit at the top. Prefer to work the live list? See working the ticket queue.
