Better Onboarding, Smarter Reminders, and an Improved Teams Experience
This update focuses on helping new users get started more easily, improving reminder reliability, and making it simpler for teams to begin using AB together in Microsoft Teams.
What’s New
- Improved Welcome Experience
New users now receive a friendly welcome email with step-by-step guidance for creating their first project and first task. - Smart Onboarding Reminder
Users who sign up but have not yet created a project may receive a helpful follow-up email encouraging them to take the next step. - Teams Channel Welcome Card
When AB is added to a Teams channel tab, a welcome card can now appear in the channel conversation with a direct link to open AB and a prompt to activate the bot using @AB. - More Reliable Task Reminders
We fixed an issue that could prevent task reminder emails from being sent, improving reliability and consistency. - Improved Email Design
User emails have been updated with a clearer design and more consistent naming, making them easier to read across email clients including Outlook.
