I researched a lead with AI, but the Contacts tab is still empty.

That's expected. Research with AI enriches the lead's own fields — it doesn't create a contact. A lead moves into the Contacts tab only when you add a contact to it (open the lead → Contacts → + Add contact). See how the funnel works.

I don't see my workspace.

Open the personal app's Channels tab — every workspace you belong to is listed there. A channel workspace is only visible to members of that Teams channel; ask the owner to add you, or create your own standalone workspace.

Email won't send.

Check CRM Settings: a sending mailbox and Tenant ID are set, the provider is Graph, and your admin has granted consent for the app to send mail. Also confirm you haven't hit the daily email cap.

The Agent isn't emailing my leads.

The Agent only emails leads that are in Information filled status (Name + Website + Email), when automation is enabled, mail is configured, the daily cap isn't reached, and the lead isn't opted out. The lead's detail panel logs the exact skip reason.

Everything is labelled “Sample —”.

Every new workspace is seeded with a few sample records so the tabs aren't empty on first open. They're safe to delete any time.

Sign in or sign out gave an error.

Reload the tab and try again. If it persists, remove and re-add the AB Sales app in Teams; your data is untouched by a reinstall.
