Add AB Sales as a tab in a Teams channel and your whole team works one shared pipeline — the same leads, contacts, and deals, right where you already chat.
Everyone sees the same pipeline
The channel tab shows the workspace's shared, org-scoped data: the same leads, contacts, opportunities, and customers for every accepted member of the channel. Open it, and you and a teammate see identical content and can work it together — that's the point of a channel tab.
The tab is collaborative, not personal — it does not show a different pipeline per person. For your own cross-workspace view, use My Pipeline in the personal app instead.
Channel notifications
A channel-linked workspace keeps the team in the loop by posting Adaptive Cards to the channel:
- New lead / new customer — a card summarizing what was just added.
- Automated outreach — when the Agent sends a first-touch email, it posts a card with the lead, the template used, and a one-click Stop automating this lead button.
Pick which channel receives these in CRM Settings — or leave it blank to stay silent.
