Since 1.541.85, the focus has been the part of teamwork that carries the most meaning per pixel: the conversation. Comments now behave the way you always assumed they did — wherever you write them, whenever you write them — and the AI and help-center foundations around them got a deep clean.
Comments you can rely on
- Comment right after creating a task. The comment box is ready the moment the new task opens — the race that could leave it silently dead is gone.
- Delete works inside Microsoft Teams. Comment deletion now uses a proper in-app confirmation, so it works in the Teams tab — and the dialog tells you exactly what happens on the Teams side before you commit.
- AI-posted comments clean up after themselves. Delete a comment that an AI assistant added, and its reply disappears from the Teams thread too — the task card always stays.
- Thread replies land on the task. Reply in a task’s Teams thread and mention @AB Projects — that reply is now recorded as a comment on the task, so the discussion stays whole on both sides. Replies without the mention stay in Teams only for now; we plan to lift that in an upcoming release.
- The Follow button shows up instantly. No more endless spinner on task detail pages in some projects.
Clearer results for your AI assistant
- Every MCP tool now declares its result format. All 40 tools describe exactly what they return, so assistants like ChatGPT and Claude read AB Projects data with less guessing and fewer misreads — and tool results now arrive in a structured form alongside the text.
- Ready-made skills. We’ve authored a set of workflow skills — daily standup, weekly review, task management done right, document writing, and sales workflows for AB Sales — that teach AI assistants our best practices. They’re rolling out with our AI-platform listings.
- The MCP Tools Reference is complete. The help article now covers every tool, the slash-command prompts, and the live resource feeds — generated from the actual server.
A help center rebuilt page by page
- Over 30 articles rewritten with step-by-step instructions, real button labels, quick-reference tables, and honest notes about what the product does and doesn’t do — every claim verified against the product itself.
- Billing without mystery. The subscriptions & licenses guide now walks the whole journey: buying on Microsoft AppSource, the activation page, assigning seats, what your team sees, and exactly what happens when you cancel or reduce seats.
- Answers where you shop. The pricing page gained new FAQ entries — how seats are assigned and what cancellation means — in all our languages.

- One pricing page, three products. Pricing now presents the whole AB family with per-product details, comparisons, and FAQ in a tabbed view.
- New guides for choosing and connecting. A comparison of AB Projects with Microsoft Planner, and step-by-step pages for connecting ChatGPT and Claude to your workspace.
