AB Sales runs inside Microsoft Teams. This page gets it installed — as a personal app for your own pipeline, and as a channel tab for a pipeline your whole team shares.
Install as a personal app
- In Microsoft Teams, open Apps in the left rail and search for AB Sales.
- Open the listing and click Add. AB Sales appears in your left rail with three tabs: Home Channels Settings.
- Right-click the icon → Pin so it stays put.
The first time you open AB Sales, Microsoft asks you to sign in and consent. That's expected — it lets the app identify you so your workspaces resolve to your account. Your Microsoft 365 admin may need to approve this once for the whole tenant.
Add it to a channel (shared pipeline)
A channel tab gives everyone in that channel the same shared pipeline. In any Teams channel:
- Click the + at the top of the channel to add a tab.
- Choose AB Sales from the list.
- On the setup screen, confirm — this creates a Sales workspace bound to that channel. Everyone in the channel now shares the same leads, contacts, and pipeline.

AB Sales and AB Projects
AB Sales and AB Projects are two separate Teams apps that share one account. Installing one does not install the other — add whichever you need. Sign-in, profile, and billing are shared across both.
